Cannabidiol (CBD) acts on molecular targets implicated in the pathogenesis of endometriosis and its associated symptoms.

Thus, CBD is a promising therapeutic agent for endometriosis because it has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, anti-angiogenic, antiproliferative, and neuroprotective effects.
