RNA dysregulation in neurodegenerative diseases

RNA regulation plays a pivotal role in maintaining neuronal health and function and dysregulation of RNA processing may play a role in neurodegeneration. 

RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) bind to RNAs and these interactions are commonly affected in neurodegeneration.
