I was recently alerted to ‘Embassy Knowledge Park’, a mega township project located in Yelahanka, in the northern part of the city. My areas of interest are in residential architecture, infrastructure development and planning integrated communities. The Embassy Knowledge Park is a sprawling 200 acre township that integrates four high-rise apartment towers, a private villa cluster, expansive green spaces, lifestyle destinations and has an in-situ tech park. The project will have 855 apartments and 217 G+2 villas in phase 1. I would like to understand how this township accommodates vastly different densities of residential development while still being a cohesive integrated development.
